Skip to main content. Few days back there was some update on windows 10 and probably on Norton as well. It seemed the update did not went through properly for Norton and since then I am unable to install. I uninstalled Norton using the Norton removal tool and tried to download the same.
Now I cannot download, as it is saying Error and submit to Norton. There was no internet connection problem, with good speed. Can you please help me here. I looked into different threads and tried to download the latest version for Windows 10, but still same issue.
Ok so you downloaded the Norton installer but when it tries to install you get that error. It is related to Norton download site being down. Give it some time and it will be fixed. Thanks I will try after few hours. I was getting the same error since 2 days.
Is there a possibility that Windows defender somehow stopping the download? How can that be when I am showing you the same issue and I am on a different pc.
If you go to Norton. Which means the download servers are down. Why I do not know. Which Norton were you using? Did you try going to here. Where are you trying to download from? Click on the Services tab and then from your current subscription, click on the Download button and follow the directions to install on your computer.
